please explain me the difference of the use between Flash, JavaFX Script and Flex

I need to develop an application that will allow users to interact with a tactile screen.
What kind of applciation is adapted for tactile screens ?

Flex ?
JavaFX ?
Flash ?
Standard web pages ?
Silverlight ?
Or other ?
