number formatter, supressing the 0 padding

Zones: Adobe Flex, Web Languages/Standards

   <mx:NumberFormatter id="numForm"
            precision="6"
            rounding="up" />

My numbers get rounded properly but some numbers that are not decimal to begin with get 0 padding example 25 goes to 25.000000
how can I suppress the 0 padding for integers?
