Make enter key work like the tab key

How can I make the "enter" key change focus to the next control in the tab order and "shift enter" to change to the previous control in the tab order? In looking at the Flex 3 documentation, it looks like something based on FocusManager might do the trick but that's as far as I got.

Focus manager is indeed the way you can make this work. getNextFocusManagerComponent has an optional argument (backward = true or false) that pushes it backwards in the collection of UI elements.
