but the th1ng 1s 1 couldnt add java plug1n to flex 3 bu1lder wh1ch 1s based on ecl1pse 3.3 platform?

For configuring BlazeDS all you need to do is download Blaseds (either WAR or complete with Tomcat) all you need to do is to point this folder from flex builder wizard similar to LCDS wizard.
if you are downloading only WAR then drop it in to tomcat webapps folder and start the server and then from the flex builder point to this folder.

; I assume you want to use java via tomcat to send and recieve data to Flex and your logic/db if your already using tomcat then I'd be lookign at blaze ds: http://opensource.adobe.co m/wiki/dis play/blaze ds/BlazeDS /
As for the java plugins. Goto Help, software updates, manage and install and you can find all the java stuff for eclipse in there.
