In Flex Form Component  How to Auto resize TestArea

Please run this attached code. I have a TextArea as the first Input in a Flex Form.
I want the text area to resize only when the user enter data or mouse over
 and slide it over the form items below and go back to original size on MouseOut.

Now the textarea is pushing the other form items down insted of overlaying.

Any help?
