'linking' lists together in Flex

I would like to make an 'effect' when I get over the first image in TileList, both first items (in TileList and List) get an alpha value of 100%, when I get over the second item, second items on both lists get an alpha value of 100%. And vice-versa; when I get over items in List, both items (in List and TileList) should get an alpha of 100%.

I'm not sure how to make them 'linked'? How to make them be aware that <path> and <text> are from the exact same item and to change their alpha at the same time?

I hope I didn't confuse you too much, check out the comments in script below =)
