Any idea which charting control is this?

Hi Experts,

I have this chart in a flex application which I dont have source. Do you have any idea which charting control is used to create this.

I don't think its custom made. My first guess was its a modification of bar chart or bubble chart or candle stick chart. If anyone know about how to do this, a sample code is highly appreciated.

I think the right side chart is a modified version of bubble chart or scatter chart.
