I'm using AdvancedDataGrid in my application and calling one renderer in AdvancedDataGridColumn like..
<mx:AdvancedDataGridColumn
I want to call two renderer MyRenderer1 and MyRenderer2 in same column based on some conditions.
Please suggest, how can I do it?

You can't do that. You can only have one renderer rendering a column.
But depending on one or more conditions that renderer can render the item of row x in a completely different way from the item of row y.
