That is kinda what I thought - stupid netscape! I like your table idea and will give it a try in the future. CAn I make a 2 column table act like a frame? (eg. target cells)
As far as search engine placement, I really only need my index(non-frame page) page to have good placement.
Points to you for confirming that for me and for the new idea.

I don't think netscape supports what you atre trying to do:(
I myself hate netscape it's a big bloated browser that supports very little of anything the only thing it has over lynx is that it can show graphics:( but hey there is another way if you wanted to. You could cut and past the code from your other pages into tables i have done this several times. It works rather well however you do loose some of the functionality of the frames. the upside to doing it in tables instead of frames is it will usually help the pages search engine placement by quite a larg amount:-) thats why I stay away from frames
