2 forms on one page

i'm not too familiar with how the forms on html pages exactly work, but basically, i have two select forms on one page, both processed onclick. Each one is suppose to pass a value to another asp page using querystring. the problem is that the second one isn't doing that, i don't know if it's not being processed because you can only do that with one form on each page or because the selected values are being overwritten. Can someone briefly explain this to me. Thanks
