Well you woul need to make the table within a table yourself, by inserting a table inside another table's cell. Even programs like Frontpage etc...you need to do that. They just cant know where you want a table to be inserted in another. So must do it manually, but creating a table you can use the generators and if you want a table to have a table inside it then make one table find the cell you want then insert another table in there.
