If i take out the css and change size of text the left images all move around
How do i make the middle text area expandable without the images moving

Your problem comes from the "ImageReady Slices".
You need to either use one large image for the 3*3 bottom-left cells, or place them in a separate table.
Then place the large image or the table in a cell in the same row as your content. And set the vertical alignment to top. That's for the table-based layout.
If you wish to leave the tables alone, you could use layers and position them so that they "float over" the table.

You would just need to change the "top" and "left" and "width" and "height" to position it to where you want. Z-index makes it "float" over everything.

The best solution is to drop all tables.
... If you absolutely need to use tables, then you need to use nested tables: one for your left column, and one for your right column.
