Include files in web page

I would like to have some code in my web pages that is common to most if not all of the pages. Is there a way of having this common code saved in a file and then use them in the building of my page.

If you can provide sample code to show what you mean it will be better.

You can use #include for include the files.  you add the below line to your web pages.  those thing inherite from that include file.
in the head itself you can write
