Understanding a HTML code , generated from MS Word

I need to repair manually web page, created in .Microsoft Word 11
(there are problems wit correct visibility in others viewers.)

So, there is a many tags and marks, which I do not understand, I think, there are some more extensible, non standard  CCS styles ...with some conditions..for example..
[if gte vml 1]  ..

or tag <v: ...
and so on...

Is somewhere in internet a description what  marks, generated form Word  do??
