table not right in Netscape/Mozilla

That is my table, why isn't it showing up correctly with netscape/mozilla?

It is because you have no doctype set. Use one of these:
http://www.w3.org/QA/2002/
If you use a strict doctype you will probably still get the same result. It is rendering the spaces between opening and closing tags (new lines et c.).
