hey all, say i have this <div> layer, and it has to be in a certain spot at all times, how do i do this if the browser window becomes bigger the position of the <div> needs to change. for instance. say i have a table

now, the div i have is positioned in a specific area in the table, when i expand the browser the table will move, but the <div> will not. What can i do so in relation to the table, the <div> always stays in a specified place? thanx all.
