Pass two variables to a Hyperlink String

I have several users, and I need to use a webpage to login to differnet areas of a system we have.
On the first webpage I have two text fields.
[UserName]
[UserPass]
We login to different areas of our system based on a hyperlink strings on buttons which are on a second webpage. The [UserName] and [UserPass] are part of these hyperlink strings.

Example:
ttp://launch.ourweb.com/URL=http://licenseserv.ourweb.com/&UserName=JohnDoe&UserPass=123456

What I need to do is have the users enter in thier [UserName] and [UserPass] in the fields on the first page and then click a login button which loads the second webpage and automatically generates the hyperlink strings on the buttons on the secondpage with the [UserName] and [UserPass] variables from the firstpage.
