Validation Mysteriy: 'there is no attribute "border"' - but its not in my HTML code.

Im trying to go through my validation errors 1 at a time. The very first error:

Line 46, Column 130: there is no attribute "border".
&.jpg" onclick="return false;" border="0" />

However, in the HTML of my page there is no such line that says onclick="return false;" border="0"

So where is this coming from? Why is validator.w3.org claiming I have a line in my code that I do not....or am I missing something?
