I'm planning on preparing a spreadsheet that stores the names of my pets, their locations and the names of my brothers who are taking care of them. I saw similar spreadsheet at my friend's house with a big monitor that refreshes every 3 minutes. When he eneters the information from his pc in his room, he has an html file that updates every 3 minutes. Can some one tell me if I can do similar thing in Access and link it to either excel spreadsheet. How do you link the two spreadsheets so that it updates with new records that you enter based on the inerval specified. Thanks for your help
