how to show a ASPweb page in small size without maximise button?

I am working on ASP 3.0. i want to load one asp page in small size(restore size) whenever i click one button on another asp page .So i think i need html code for this.
i have a button in one asp web page if i click that button, another web page will load ...i need that web
page in restore size (in small size) without maximise button.
i want to avoid maximise button from that web page.
