Embedding Video For Firefox

I am trying to embed a video file on my web-site < http://www.dynamata.com/stress/stress_video_2.html >, the video plays correctly in Internet Explorer 7.0 but no matter which method I use, the results in Firefox are unpredictable. I would also like to include Safari (Mac) as well, see HTML:Start Free Trial
