How do I make "floating windows" like Meebo.com has?
Meebo and other newer websites i've been seeing have floating windows, that are resizable, etc. I can see that they are not frames, and they are not pop-up windows (in the older sense), so I have to assume this is some kind of AJAX thing?
It's not obvious to me, and I haven't done any Web dev in a few years, so it would seem to be a newer feature of HTML or Javascript or something??
How do I create a simple one like they have? I just am asking for the simplest starting point, I can go from there. thanks a lot. :)
