To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. HTML design issue

This is the home page.

The design is more or less complete but the layout needs some changes:

The page should be designed using more tables (about 3,4 or 5) the whole page must not scroll.
(everything needs to be resized) the search supposed to the colours and fonts have to be changed to an appropriate one) the 2 pictures supposed to have a short paragraph under each of them (still have to get that info.)
