Embed Word/PDF in HTML/JSP

How can I embed word/pdf in my HTML/JSP page.

I want that the word/pdf document should be displayed within the browser without opening a seperate window.

I tried this. It works for PDF but not for MS word

You'll probably have to convert the doc to a pdf and then embed it. Even if there is a way to embed a doc file, that assumes that everbody viewing the page has MS Word installed.

There are loads of different ways to convert docs to PDFs, heres a few.

stop with all the links...take your time, do the research and provide this man with an answer. If I need links I'll go to google. You guys are really lazy.

There really is no "great" way to do this. I would try putting the word/pdf in an iframe. Support for word files is semi-limited so i would stick with a pdf file.
