FREE web site templates for an Intranet page

I currently have an intranet going but the design of it is horrible. Im looking for help on this matter to make the design more interesting, design help!  It is for an engineering/architectural firm.

Thanks!  I have another question.  Not sure if this is FLASH based or not.  Im going to reference a link at the top of this screen.  If you hover over "Microsoft" it changes.  Is that an image or can I do that with text? Also when you click "Microsoft" a menu pops down with another links.  Is that part of FLASH too?

Id like to do something similar to that but with TEXT and when I click the TEXT a menu pops down. Possible?

That can all be done in Flash but I would suggest that you look into Javascript.

Im going to reference a link at the top of this screen.  If you hover over "Microsoft" it changes. Also when you click "Microsoft" a menu pops down with another links.
