i want to get part of the webpage on url and how my page. i want to particular div on my webpage.

i can use iframe or jquery.

help me with the code that would be great.

copy the part of the web page you would like to have in your web page into your html code file and it should show up.  here are some resources for html: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp and http://www.w3schools.com/tags/default.asp and http://www.w3schools.com (entire site)

I think you mean someone ELSE's page, right?
That is not possible on the client.

i think i need a better understanding of what you are looking for.  My current understanding is the following:

You want to create a website that that pulls content from another website and displays that content on your web page.  Do you want the content you pull from their website to be interactive; like they log into your website when they think they are logging into the actual bank (or whatever institution) website?

I already told you, jquery cannot do that without a server proxy

However I think we might be able to do something with an iframe. It will not be pretty if the other site changes something, but then that will mess it up anyway
