some of my users are having problem when they received the some messages they are not in shown in HTML format I have to do it manually to convert message in HTML. Even when I'm composing same problem.
What is the html you are sending to them? Make sure it is well formatted and valid. Don't bother with complex HTML pages because those will more likely have a problem in email clients.
Is there anything similar between those that do have the problem? Anything unique about those that have it from those that don't?
I am afraid that without more info and details we can't really help. It would help to get a screenshot of one of the messed up messages. Also the html you are trying to send and similar details.
Have you checked in the "Internet format" if the option convert to HTML is selected?
As well un-tick "Reduce the file size of the msgs .... " Option..
For the encoded language options such as the Arabic language, you should tick the box next to autoselect coding for outgoing messages and change the language to Arabic (windows) as default.
