z-index bug after adding a menubar

Asked by TheCommunicator in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)

I added a menubar template. Just copied and pasted the HTML code and CSS. Now, in HTML, when i am adding a DIV  in top of it  and a CSS for it. Now after adding this small div on top of it, th emenubar code has started showing me z-index bug wherever I have defined z-index.

Any ideas?
