how to send command line activities with shellexecute from delphi

Hello
I want to activate imagemagick from delphi by using the shellexeute
ShellExecute(Handle, 'open', PChar('cmd.exe'), Pchar('convert image1.jpg image2.jpg'), Pchar('c:\'), SW_SHOW);

The code pops up the cmd window and refers to c:\
yet nothing else happens.
What could and should I do?
