How do I get both calendars to sync or preferable my third party to sync with the exchange calendar?

I use a third party software that syncs through companionlink with outlook2007 calendar in my personal folder. I am unable to change this unfortunately.
I am using goddady Microsoft exchange program and it automatically installed its own calendar in its own folder in Outlook 2007

How do I get both calendars to sync or preferable my third party to sync with the exchange calendar?
