file downloading script fail

Hi,

I use the following script to allow web users download mp3 and htm (ppt converted) files without knowing the exact location of them. However, the script fails. Instead of prompting out a download dialog box, the script tries to display the content of the files.
Since the files are mp3 and htm (ppt converted), proper contents surely cannot be displayed.
