To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. "Modify this search enginge for working as AND and OR state both".

Hi,
I have codes below for a search engine ,it works for OR state ,but i want that if user put and wrap its keywords in this mark(") then the code recognize it and act as AND and without this mark(") it act as OR state.
