Using foreach statement in PHP to insert multiple rows in MySQL

Zones: PHP and Databases, PHP Scripting Language

I have a table that displays 3 fields that are repeated depending on the number of rows that a user chooses. These 3 fields need to be inserted into MySQL when the form is submitted. I'm not sure how to use a foreach statement to insert these 3 fields repeatedly depending on the number of rows i'm displaying. My first field is a text box for a channel number, second field is a text box for a tv callsign, third field is a checkbox that if checked the channel and callsign should be saved to the database, otherwise ignore. The number of rows to display (channels) and the headend number are passed via http://mysite.com/update.php?he=1125&ch=32
