Login page, problems with sessions

I have my page below where it processes a user login and no matter what I do, it says wrong pw/user, any ideas? I printed out the SQL and it looked fine and matches up to my data in my table.

I have my ob_start in my header.php and my ob_end_flush in my footer.php, so in my header.php I have:

Could it be my ob_start, or my sessions I have? And then on each page if i want to check it I have:

Any ideas on what i can do?
