PHP MySQL query results?

Hi,

The following query displays all the results for the field 'client_id' and only displays the results for all other fields that fall under 'region = 4'.

I just want to display all the results that fall under region 4 with its corresponding client_id only and not all client_id's like it is doing.Start Free Trial
