Good Morning

I have a big issue here. I have 2 Table called ( Asset, Description) with Asset.CommentID as a foreign key reference Description.CommmentID(PK). I want my user to select a value from the option box and a free text box will appear that will insert into the table. I have my script in place but can not update the Description Table in field Comments.
