php error message

hi EE,
I receive error when i try to run my php script
its suppose to be a dynamic drop down menu
when user selects make, models populate
:mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource:

My tables are:
Create table MANUFACTURER(
Manuf_name char(16) Not Null,
Manufacture_id Varchar(2) Not Null,
Primary Key (Manufacture_id));

Create Model Table:

Create table MODELS(
Model_name char(16) Not Null,
Model_id Varchar(2) Not Null,
Manufacture_id Varchar(2) Not Null,
Primary Key (Model_id),
