import excel csv file into mysql using php

This code executed successfully in localhost


 include("db_path.ini");
      $import=mysql_query("
      load data local infile 'C:/wamp/www/samples/graph/doller_rate/data.csv'
      into table `dollar`
      fields terminated by ','
      lines terminated by '\n'
      ( `date`, `value` )");
mysql_close($con);

But this code not working no server

Please find the problem

have you tried to use the absolute path instead of 'httpdocs/samples/data.csv' ?

Use absolute path for both "db_path.ini" and "data.csv" ....
