PHPMyAdmin Blank Page after login

Phpmyadmin (latest version) installed under IIS in Server 2003.  MySQL 5.0 installed.  PHP is working as proven by the info.php file in the same directory.  MySQL working via command line checks.  Loging page (index.php) show up fine.  Login verified, redirect, BLANK PAGE.  And the kicker is, about once out of every 50 tries, it will work.  HELP ?!?!?Start Free Trial
