Unable to configure tomcat 6.x to run php4.x

I need to configure tomcat 6.x server to run php 4.x or 5.x. Actually I'm following the steps given in http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/install-apache-php-mysql.php URL. I'm unable to find some files whih are mentioned in there.

Please give me the info to proceed further..
