PHP 5.2 MYSQL Question

Does anyone know what this means and if so can you tell me how to make it work?
I recently had a windows 2003 server crash so I rebuilt it and installed PHP and installed MySQL imported the database, adjusted the php.ini file to the old one  and put the site back up with this error.
