PHP-CGI.exe - Which site is using it

We have an IIS server what hosts both asp and php sites.

We have noticed that sometimes the php-cgi.exe processes can take up 100% of the processors.  Is there any way to tell what site is causing the load on the server?

We are not currently using any type of cpanel or other admin software.
