Browse All TopicsI have a form that has the structure
<form name="form1" method="post" action="index.php">
<input type="image" src="enter_button.gif" name="enter_button">
<input name="ident" type="text" id="loginnumber" maxlength="12">
</form>
So a user enters their login number, clicks on the link, the request is sent to index.php and from there to a new page. The problem is that I am using PHP's mail function to record who's logging on when. (I have to recond info this way). If the user clicks on the image that processes the form quickly over and over I get tons of emails with the same details.
Is there a way of disabling the form button after one click?
What about re-enabling it if they type in their number wrong and have to do it again?
Thanks,
Shane
