I'd like insert in my website DMOZ directory.
I have the RDF file but can i convert it in mysql db in a reasonable time?

There are 2 files that contain all DMOZ data: structure.rdf.u8.gz and content.rdf.u8.gz
You may be better off using a live feed from the DMOZ site itself (see http://www.hotscripts.com for example scripts that do this) rather than using the RDF files. These are over 1Gb in size and it takes a lot of processing to convert them into SQL statements ready to put into mySQL.
If you still want to host the database locally, you can use this Perl program to convert the RDF file to SQL statements:

You will need to have XML::Parse and DBI modules installed. Once you have an SQL dump of the data, simply import it into mySQL using the console, or a friendlier interface such as PHPMyAdmin.

DMOZ is the open directory project, dmoz.org has a directory of websites categorized into organised categories.
the datafile is in a RDF format, as outlined by the W3C http://www.w3.org/RDF/
The one file contains the structure of the directory, categories and their heirarchy and the other contains the links within those categories :)
