Change a template using PHP with external CSS

Hallo,

I'm suppose to create a webpage with PHP to change for eg. the background color of the page.

For example, there are 3 options "green, "yellow", "blue" for background color in the drop down list. Say if i choose "green", the PHP code will retrieve the color from the external CSS, and in turn, redirect the page to a new page with background as "green" color.

How can i go about doing it? Thanks alot.
