Depends whether you have a merchant account or not.
Maybe take a look at worldpay, trustcommerce, kagi, netbanx, epdq
Depends where you are, too

In order to process payments, jdpipe is right, you will need a merchant account. Then you will need to have a shopping cart program that can plug into a gateway's API. This will allow you to process the payment as soon as it is received. A good place to get merchant accounts is at ModernAuthorize. www.modernauthorize.com It runs pretty cheap, depending on your monthly activity. If you have no activity, it runs about $45/month. You can get a good shopping cart at www.oscommerce.com This thing is great, has all the payment functionality built in, and it is a cinch to set up. Takes about 15 minutes to setup. Good Luck.
