The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Sending e-mails using Cron Jobs

Hi,

I`m making a program for my internship for administrating mailinglists. When sending e-mails it supposed to work automatically on a specific day and hour. It`s supposed to be send to all the users in my database...can anyone tell me how to do this using Cron Jobs...

I`ve read things about Cron Jobs, but I don`t know how to use them with regarding to the sending of e-mails. Someone said I have to look at qmail also for sending mail. This is because of the fact that maybe the mailserver can`t handle the load it probably has to send (thousands of e-mails that is...)

can someone help me with this please ?
