hey, is there a quick way to check if the value of one is selected without looping through it first?

Loop through checkboxes
I have this html:
<input name="GamePlayed" type="checkbox" value="CS:S" /> CS:S<br />
<input name="GamePlayed" type="checkbox" value="DOD:S" /> DOD:S<br />
<input name="GamePlayed" type="checkbox" value="BF2" /> BF2<br />
anyway, I want to loop through it to get the values selected so I did this:
foreach ($_POST["GamePlayed"] as $value)
{
echo $value;
}
but I get this error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mofclan/public_html/
What am I doing wrong?
