Can a PayPal "add to cart" button be arrayed?

Hi, I'm retrieving some data from a mySQL database and arraying it. Simple stuff...but what I'm trying to now do is add in a PayPal shopping cart for each row. Again this works up to a point (the PayPal hyperlink works) but the cart only seems to see the last row when doing its calculations. Is there any way to array the cart code as well???
