Sending html emails not plain text??? Within PHP

Hi,
    Ok i have a property website, when a user views a listing, and clicks contact seller it takes them to an email form, when filled in a sent it sends the enquiry to the seller and comes out similar to the following;

 Villas, penthouse and apartments, large terraces and gardens, private parking, excellent views.

But the problem is this is really boring I want to be able to make the titles bold or add a background image that the text sits in to spruce it up, at the moment its set to plain text and i know i have to set it as html, below is the current script being used, how do i change it so it shows the same information, but with a backgorund image and things in bold etc....
